Ho-Tei Pilgramage, New Years, Hangzhou

The above photos are from a new year's pilgramage that I accidently happen into. I was walking in the hills with Lisa and all was nice and quiet......until we arrive at a mountain monastery and there are thousands upon thousands of Chinese people there setting on fire offerings to Ho-Tei! There were people ringing bells and others sticking money into every crevasse they could find in the Large bronze Ho-Tei. We were in a sea of Chinese and could hardly move on top of this mountain, there were people passing out on the walk up, and others crammed everywhere.
